The role is an in-person Operations Manager position in F&B.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the operational function and day-to-day business operations; develop strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, performance standards, budgets, and operational targets.
- Improve efficiency, productivity, quality, and customer experience.
- Build, lead, coach, and develop operational teams.
- Design and implement scalable processes, systems, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to execute business priorities.
- Manage budgets, resources, suppliers, and third-party partners as required.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation and contingency plans; ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulations.
- Use data and reporting to identify trends, solve problems, and support strategic decisions.
- Lead continuous improvement and support business growth, new initiatives, and organizational change.
Requirements
- Experienced operations professional; no specific minimum years or formal qualification is stated.
