The employer is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible QC Assistant.
Responsibilities
- Inspect food products, raw materials, and production areas; check quality, hygiene, temperature, storage, and handling.
- Help monitor GMP, HACCP, food safety, and hygiene procedures; check incoming materials against specifications.
- Record inspection results, deviations, and corrective actions; maintain QC records and reports.
- Support investigations of quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformities; assist with internal audits.
- Monitor expiry dates, labeling, storage conditions, and traceability; coordinate with Production, Kitchen, Warehouse, and other departments.
- Perform other QC-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,000–3,500 per month.
Work location
- Work location is in person.
