Artisan Bakers is seeking enthusiastic, customer-oriented service staff to deliver high-quality service and positive customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with inquiries, product information, and service offerings.
- Handle customer requests, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Take orders, process transactions, and serve food and beverages as applicable.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and comply with health and safety rules.
- Upsell products or services when appropriate and stay informed about offerings and promotions.
- Collaborate with team members and follow opening and closing procedures as applicable.
- Handle payments securely and assist with inventory management and restocking.
- Attend training and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,500–2,700 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
Requirements
- Provide friendly, professional customer service and address customer needs.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Handle customer requests, concerns, and complaints professionally.
