Key responsibilities
- Implement and maintain the Project Quality Management System for mechanical works.
- Review and monitor compliance with approved ITPs, method statements, and project specifications.
- Inspect HVAC, plumbing, drainage, water supply, irrigation, LPG, pump rooms, and firefighting systems.
- Coordinate inspections with consultants and client representatives; ensure compliance with applicable authorities and international standards.
- Prepare MIRs, WIRs, NCRs, CARs, and quality reports.
- Monitor mechanical installations against approved shop drawings and verify material approvals and installation quality.
- Participate in testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Monitor subcontractor quality performance and corrective actions; conduct internal audits and site surveillance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 8–15 years of experience in QA/QC Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 5 years in luxury villa, high-end residential, palace, or hospitality projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and water supply systems.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
