Role overview

Project and construction delivery

• Lead fit-out projects across commercial, hospitality, residential, retail, and mixed-use developments.
• Develop and manage execution plans, schedules, manpower plans, and procurement strategies.
• Coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage civil interface works, architectural finishes, joinery, ceilings, flooring, partitions, and MEP coordination on site.
• Monitor baseline programs, implement recovery plans, and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and authority requirements.
• Drive productivity and efficient use of manpower, materials, and equipment.

Commercial and stakeholder management

• Review budgets, cost reports, variation orders, and subcontractor performance; support evaluation of claims, variations, and contractual obligations.
• Identify and mitigate cost, schedule, and quality risks.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships, lead progress meetings, report to senior management, and resolve technical and commercial issues.

Quality, safety, and team leadership

• Implement project quality plans and inspection procedures and monitor workmanship against specifications.
• Lead snagging, testing, commissioning coordination, and final handover.
• Champion site safety, comply with company HSE policies, UAE regulations, and project requirements, and conduct safety audits with corrective actions.
• Lead and mentor Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, and subcontractors; establish accountability and promote collaboration and continuous improvement.

Candidate requirements

• At least 12–15 years of construction experience in the contracting industry, including at least 5 years as a Construction Manager delivering interior fit-out projects.
• Experience managing large-scale UAE/GCC commercial, hospitality, residential, retail, or mixed-use fit-out developments and delivering projects through final handover.
• Strong understanding of fit-out methodologies and sequencing; excellent knowledge of architectural finishes, joinery, MEP coordination, and authority requirements.
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, cost control, and resource management.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of contract administration and commercial management.
