• The Logistics Manager manages all inbound and outbound movement of laundry orders, ensuring efficient pickup consolidation, dispatch planning, and coordination with riders and vans.
• Manage inbound bag intake from fulfillment hubs and delivery riders, ensuring accurate tracking, reconciliation, and timely processing to support seamless dispatch operations.
• Plan and optimize outbound delivery batches by allocating orders across riders and vans to maximize operational efficiency and ensure timely deliveries.
• Coordinate internal van dispatch operations for hanger orders, ensuring timely allocation, efficient routing, and seamless order fulfillment.
• Monitor dispatch performance to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and drive timely order fulfillment.
• Ensure accurate reconciliation of orders, inventory, and dispatch records prior to handover to delivery teams.
• Track failed deliveries, analyze root causes, and coordinate timely reattempts to maximize delivery success rates.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs and generate performance reports to support operational visibility and continuous improvement.
• Optimize route clustering and vehicle loading processes to improve delivery efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall dispatch performance.

What You'll Need

• 4-8 years experience in logistics or dispatch operations
• Strong coordination and planning skills
• Experience in managing delivery teams preferred
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
