Quality planning and procedures
- Prepare and implement the Project Quality Plan and establish and monitor project QA/QC.
- Implement project procedures and the approved Project Quality Plan.
- Review method statements and prepare corresponding Inspection and Test Plans, checklists, and forms for client approval as required.
Team and site coordination
- Plan and allocate QA/QC activities to team members.
- Orient and train staff, workmen, and subcontractor personnel on quality requirements.
- Coordinate with the site team and subcontractors to implement the approved Project Quality Plan.
Inspection, testing, and records
- Identify, calibrate, review, and maintain a list of testing and measuring equipment.
- Identify testing laboratories and obtain approvals.
- Inspect and test incoming materials and workmanship according to the ITP, maintaining identifiable and traceable records.
- Coordinate Requests for Inspection with the site team, arrange inspections and tests with clients according to the approved ITP, and obtain clearances.
