Project Execution Duties

• Develop and monitor project execution plans and E&I milestones.
• Monitor engineering deliverables and procurement progress for E&I packages.
• Ensure timely availability of E&I equipment and materials at fabrication yards and offshore sites.
• Lead contractor and subcontractor management for E&I execution activities.
• Manage E&I installation, cable pulling, termination, loop checking, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Review project progress and identify mitigation plans for schedule risks and delays.
• Coordinate E&I interfaces with mechanical, piping, process, telecom, HVAC, and marine disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with client specifications, project requirements, and applicable international standards.
• Lead project review meetings related to E&I scope.
• Manage technical issues, field changes, and project deviations affecting E&I systems.
• Ensure readiness for energization, commissioning, startup, and project handover.
• Support project commercial objectives through effective management of project resources and contractors.

Requirements

• Experience leading and managing Electrical & Instrumentation project execution activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ability to ensure delivery of E&I scope within approved schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements.
• Experience coordinating engineering, procurement, construction, installation, testing, commissioning, startup, and handover for E&I systems.
• Knowledge of power generation, HV/LV distribution, switchgear, MCCs, transformers, UPS, battery chargers, earthing and lightning protection, lighting, DCS, PLC, SCADA, ESD, fire & gas, telecom interfaces, and instrumentation systems.
• Ability to develop and monitor project execution plans and E&I milestones.
