Qualification
- BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience and Technical Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge of wind turbine generators.
- Five years of experience in supplier quality at a wind turbine generator manufacturing unit.
- NDT certification and knowledge of welding qualification.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare and finalize ITPs and procedures according to project requirements; conduct inspections accordingly.
- Review contract specifications and reports, verify compliance, and issue MDCC.
- Understand and implement project quality requirements.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality policy, company standards, and regulatory and external standards.
- Improve processes to reduce rework and rejections, and prepare root cause analyses for non-conformities.
- Maintain quality standards across projects through inspections and supplier audits.
