Implement the project quality plan, manage inspections and testing, and ensure work and materials comply with approved specifications and consultant requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering and 4–6 years of building-construction QA/QC experience.
- Valid Saudi Council of Engineers membership and good knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
- Experience with ITPs, material testing, and non-conformance procedures; familiarity with SBC, ACI, and ASTM standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and document control systems, with attention to detail and strong reporting skills.
- QA/QC or ISO lead auditor certification is an advantage.
Key responsibilities
- Implement project quality plans and procedures on site; prepare and maintain inspection and test plans and checklists.
- Coordinate and attend inspections with site engineers and the consultant; inspect incoming materials against approved submittals.
- Coordinate laboratory testing for concrete, soil, and other materials and review test results.
- Issue and follow up non-conformance reports and corrective actions; maintain inspection logs, test records, and quality documentation.
- Conduct internal audits, support external audits, and prepare quality records for handover.
