Role overview

Proposal analysis and responses

• Analyzes RFx documents to support bid/no-bid discussions and owns assigned technical and functional questions for RFPs, RFIs, security questionnaires, and related sales documents.
• Interprets ambiguous or complex requirements and develops tailored responses covering product functionality, integrations, security, compliance, reporting, service delivery, and support.
• Validates responses against product documentation, demonstrations, releases, approved positioning, and subject-matter expert guidance.
• Coordinates research, answers, and approvals across proposal, product, security, compliance, development, and sales teams.
• Identifies product gaps, dependencies, roadmap items, exceptions, and potential contractual commitments; escalates relevant issues.
• Reviews proposal content for accuracy, clarity, consistency, grammar, compliance, and style; manages deadlines and participates in proposal meetings.

Product knowledge and content library

• Maintains Enterprise Payments product knowledge through demonstrations, release briefings, internal training, and cross-functional meetings.
• Advises proposal team members on reuse, tailoring, and subject-matter validation of technical content.
• Captures approved answers and develops, organizes, and maintains reusable response-library content.
• Reviews library responses for freshness, duplication, completeness, consistency, ownership, and use; tracks response gaps, reuse, and improvement measures.
• May assist with proposal project management or functional checklists for other products as team needs require.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, business, or a related field, or comparable professional experience.
• Requires demonstrated experience analyzing and responding to technical, functional, security, or integration requirements in customer documents.
• Requires successful experience writing and editing clear, persuasive, accurate, client-focused proposal content.
• Requires the ability to understand software, technical concepts, integrations, and business processes and explain them in customer-facing language.
• Payments, financial technology, enterprise or public-sector software experience is preferred; public-sector RFP and technical or security questionnaire experience is also preferred.

Compensation

• The listed salary range is USD 75,000–90,000 per year.
