Object 1 is hiring a Project Manager (Construction) in Dubai amid growth and new project launches.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end execution of high-rise construction projects.
- Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Liaise with Dubai authorities for permits, approvals, and compliance.
- Control project budget, costs, and cash flow.
- Track progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Oversee site activities to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and QA/QC procedures.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
- Prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation.
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of construction experience in Dubai.
- Strong knowledge of UAE authority regulations and approval processes.
- Experience with project management tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Solid understanding of construction methodologies and safety standards.
- Development experience is preferred.
