Project Manager role focused on high-rise building construction with DNB Construction LLC in Dubai, UAE.
Manage projects from execution through completion and final handover.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-rise construction projects through execution, completion, and final handover.
- Supervise project teams, site engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor progress, quality, safety compliance, and construction schedules.
- Coordinate inspections, approvals, and handover procedures with clients, consultants, and authorities.
- Ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, budgets, and project requirements.
- Resolve site-related technical and operational challenges.
Requirements
- At least 5 years as a Project Manager with a construction or contracting company.
- Proven high-rise building construction experience; towers of G+12 floors and above are preferred.
- Mandatory project completion, final inspection, and high-rise handover experience.
- Dubai Municipality approval is mandatory.
- A G+Unlimited DM-approved certificate is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, project planning, coordination, and team management skills.
- Relevant UAE construction experience is preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 12,000–15,000 per month.
