The role maintains accurate stock records and ensures construction materials are available.
Experience and qualifications
- Requires 3–5 years of relevant inventory, warehouse, or material-control experience in construction.
- Experience as an Inventory Controller, Stock Controller, or Material Controller is required.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and consumables is required.
- Experience with inventory management systems/ERP and MS Excel is required.
- Understanding of stock reconciliation and material documentation is required.
- Attention to detail, organization, and effective coordination with site and warehouse teams are required.
- UAE construction experience and immediate or short-notice availability are preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor daily material receiving, issuing, transferring, and returns.
- Maintain records of materials, tools, equipment, and consumables.
- Conduct physical stock counts and reconcile inventory.
- Coordinate material requirements with procurement, warehouse, site, and project teams.
- Track consumption and identify shortages, excess stock, or discrepancies.
- Prepare inventory reports, stock statements, and material movement reports.
- Document material receipts and issues; monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
- Maintain proper storage and identification; investigate discrepancies and support corrective actions.
- Follow company inventory-control and documentation procedures.
Pay
- AED 3,500–7,000 per month.
