Manages records for company assets, equipment, tools, and inventory across offices, projects, sites, and accommodation facilities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain asset registers, inventory records, and asset barcode or QR-code assignments.
- Track assets through purchase, assignment, transfer, return, repair, and disposal; record identifying, location, assignment, condition, and status details.
- Prepare handover, transfer, return, and clearance records; conduct physical verification and reconciliation.
- Report missing, damaged, or unaccounted assets and coordinate asset movements with HR, Administration, Stores, IT, and Site Teams.
- Maintain supporting documentation and verify assets during employee joining, transfer, and exit clearance.
- Prepare periodic reports, ensure assets are tagged and recorded in the system, and perform other related duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Inventory Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in asset management, inventory control, logistics, or administration.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and asset or inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping, communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to visit project sites and company facilities for asset verification.
Preferred experience and skills
- Construction industry experience is preferred.
- Experience with barcode or QR-code systems is an advantage.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000–6,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
