Seeking a structural QA/QC Engineer with UAE construction experience, particularly in high-rise building projects, post-tensioning, finishing works, and handover.
Compensation
- The description lists AED 3,304.72–6,000 per month and separately lists pay of AED 4,000–8,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Manage and implement QA/QC procedures for structural and finishing works.
- Inspect compliance with approved drawings, specifications, ITPs, and project quality standards.
- Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Monitor post-tensioning, structural activities, and finishing works.
- Prepare and maintain inspection requests, checklists, NCRs, and other QA/QC documentation.
- Identify quality issues, coordinate corrective and preventive actions, and close quality observations.
- Support high-rise building handover and completion, including snagging, de-snagging, testing, inspection, and final documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3–4 years of relevant UAE construction experience.
- Strong experience in structural works and high-rise buildings; hands-on post-tensioning experience is required.
- Good knowledge of finishing works, quality inspection procedures, QA/QC documentation, and construction standards.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Building handover or project completion experience is highly preferred.

- Full-time role with in-person work location in Dubai, UAE.
