Role overview

Project delivery and coordination

• Develop execution plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and delivery strategies.
• Coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project departments.
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, contracts, scope of works, and technical requirements.
• Monitor progress, productivity, manpower, materials, plant, equipment, site resources, costs, variations, claims, commitments, and commercial performance.
• Identify risks, delays, technical issues, and resource constraints; implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage subcontractor performance and lead progress, coordination, and technical meetings; report performance to management and clients.
• Review project reports, method statements, material submittals, inspection requests, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate testing, inspections, snagging, rectification, commissioning, completion, and handover.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering or construction discipline.
• 12–15 years of relevant civil construction experience, including proven Project Manager experience.
• Proven track record managing large-scale civil construction projects from inception through completion and handover.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, project management, contracts, commercial practices, planning, scheduling, cost control, variations, claims, procurement, QA/QC, and HSE.
• Knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, BOQs, method statements, and technical documentation.
• Ability to manage subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, multidisciplinary teams, and multiple project priorities under demanding schedules.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, negotiation, communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and client relationship skills.
• Masterplan, residential community, and townhouse experience is highly preferred.
• UAE/GCC construction experience is highly preferred; familiarity with UAE regulations, standards, and authority requirements is an advantage.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 25,000–30,000 per month.
