Project Lead

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of assigned projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical, operational, and business units.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure project success.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation, reports, change requests, and project records.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and third-party service providers when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and project management best practices.
• Resolve project issues and escalate critical risks when necessary.
• Drive continuous process improvement and recommend operational efficiencies.
• Support project testing, implementation, handover, and post-project evaluation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or project leadership.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches.
• Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience managing technology, software development, infrastructure, construction, facilities management, or digital transformation projects.
• Familiarity with budgeting, risk management, and change management processes.
• UAE project management experience is preferred.
