We’re hiring a skilled PHP Developer with strong business analysis experience to handle the full project lifecycle—gathering requirements, developing solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Translate requirements into clear, approved documentation before development begins.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain PHP-based systems (both front-end and back-end).
- Coordinate and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), resolve issues, and prepare systems for deployment.
- Provide regular project updates to management, including risks and milestones.
- Perform problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging with precision.
- Work on data mapping, transformation, and system integrations.
- Design and optimize MySQL databases, write queries and ensure data integrity and performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 3+ years’ hands-on PHP development experience.
- Strong knowledge of PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter, or Zend).
- Experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and process documentation.
- Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall project management basics.
- Experience with Identity Management Layers and Single Sign-On (SSO) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
- Design and optimize MySQL databases, write queries and ensure data integrity and performance
