Project Coordinator in the TTC Strategy & Foresight Department, reporting to the Manager, Fare Policy and Planning.
Coordinates projects and business cases of varying size, duration, and complexity throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Support project delivery within budget and schedule through coordination, monitoring, scheduling, cost analysis, and cost reconciliation.
- Coordinate project teams and liaise with TTC staff and internal and external stakeholders.
- Support departmental business plans, budget objectives, and workforce requirements.
- Conduct research and studies, analyze and interpret data, and provide administrative support.
- Monitor work plans, prepare variance reports, identify potential problems, and recommend corrective action.
- Coordinate project and workload reporting, performance measurement, and outstanding-issue tracking.
- Support policy enhancements and contribute to an inclusive, accessible, respectful service environment.
Qualifications
- Related post-secondary college diploma or university degree, or equivalent education, training, and experience.
- Previous experience coordinating project activities from initial planning through completion.
- Experience supporting strategic policy development and planning and developing business cases is an asset.
Employment and schedule
- Temporary employment up to December 31, 2027; hybrid work arrangement.
- 35 hours per week, day shift, with Saturday and Sunday off.
Salary
- Listed salary range is $100,318.40–$125,434.40; no pay cadence is stated.
