Manage project planning, scheduling, cost control, progress monitoring, forecasting, risk management, and reporting for utility-scale PV solar EPC projects.
Support delivery within approved schedule, budget, and contractual requirements.
Project controls and reporting
- Develop and maintain the project baseline, detailed schedules, and look-ahead plans using Primavera P6.
- Monitor planned versus actual progress, critical path, milestones, and schedule performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly controls reports, dashboards, S-curves, and management reports.
- Manage costs, commitments, actuals, forecasts, and Estimate at Completion.
- Implement Earned Value Management and monitor SPI, CPI, PV, EV, and AC.
Coordination and performance management
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, T&C, commercial, finance, and subcontractor teams.
- Monitor manpower, resources, productivity, and subcontractor performance.
- Maintain risk, change, variation, and delay registers; identify deviations and develop recovery and mitigation plans.
- Support delay analysis, variation, claims, and extension-of-time assessments.
- Ensure physical progress measurement aligns with schedule and cost.
- Maintain project control procedures and records, including approved baseline and change history.
- Provide timely project performance information and comply with company and contractual reporting requirements.
Requirements
- Experience managing project planning, scheduling, cost control, progress monitoring, forecasting, risk management, and reporting for utility-scale PV solar EPC projects.
- Ability to manage delivery within approved schedule, budget, and contractual requirements.
- Ability to use Primavera P6 for project schedules and look-ahead plans.
- Knowledge of earned value metrics, including SPI, CPI, PV, EV, and AC.
- Ability to coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, T&C, commercial, finance, and subcontractor teams.
