Procurement Manager – Contract Management & Outsourced Services

Role purpose

Procurement and tender management

• Lead end-to-end sourcing strategies and oversee RFQs, RFPs, tender documentation, supplier due diligence, and evaluations.
• Assess cost, quality, delivery capability, and risk; negotiate supplier pricing, payment terms, service levels, and risk allocation.
• Use market intelligence and supplier benchmarking, and ensure compliance with company policy and delegated authority.

Contract and supplier management

• Develop service contracts and Statements of Work with Legal and Operations; maintain contract registers, renewal schedules, and records.
• Monitor milestones, deliverables, expiry dates, obligations, and supplier compliance; negotiate amendments, extensions, and renewals within authority.
• Monitor supplier KPIs and SLAs, lead performance reviews, resolve escalated issues, validate invoices, and agree improvement plans and savings.

Governance, clients, and leadership

• Develop scorecards and dashboards covering savings, performance, spend, risk, renewals, and opportunities; lead audit responses and corrective actions.
• Lead client meetings, present proposals, identify growth opportunities, negotiate client pricing and scope, and support renewals and retention.
• Confirm delivery capacity and margins, coordinate Finance approvals and Legal reviews, maintain an opportunity pipeline, and coach procurement staff.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent recognized qualification.
• 7–10 years of relevant procurement, sourcing, or contract management experience, including at least 3 years leading teams or complex commercial portfolios.
• Client-facing outsourced or professional-services experience, including successful negotiations, renewals, and upselling or cross-selling.
• CIPS/MCIPS or an equivalent procurement credential is preferred. International client and supplier experience is preferred; UAE/GCC experience is advantageous.

Knowledge and skills

• Strong client engagement, executive presentation, relationship management, and consultative selling skills.
• Strong written and spoken business English for proposals and commercial negotiations.
• Commercial judgment in pricing, margins, total cost, and contract risk allocation; strategic sourcing, tender evaluation, contract management, and supplier SLA/KPI management.
• Analytical, leadership, stakeholder management, and ethical judgment skills.
• Proficiency with procurement ERP systems such as Dynamics 365, SAP, or Oracle, and reporting tools.
