Role Overview
Unify Group is seeking a Junior Investment Administrator to support fund accounting, investment administration, and investor transactions.
The role operates within an ADGM environment and requires knowledge of investment fund structures and financial controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day fund and investment administration activities.
- Prepare and review fund accounting, NAV calculations, reconciliations, and financial reports.
- Process capital calls, distributions, subscriptions, and redemptions.
- Maintain investor records and fund documentation.
- Support periodic and year-end financial reporting.
- Coordinate with auditors, fund administrators, banks, custodians, and service providers.
- Assist with annual audits and respond to audit requirements.
- Ensure activities comply with ADGM and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Maintain records, controls, and supporting documentation.
- Support process improvements in fund administration and investment operations.
Qualifications and Experience
- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in fund administration, investment operations, asset management, private equity, or a related environment.
- Strong experience in fund accounting and fund administration.
- Experience with LP transactions, capital calls, distributions, and investor administration.
- Good understanding of audit, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
- Experience working within the ADGM regulatory environment.
- Strong Excel, analytical, and numerical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Big 4 training or previous Big 4 experience is preferred.
