Join the Projects/Fit-Out Execution team in Dubai to support timely and cost-effective project delivery through scheduling, cost monitoring, progress tracking, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, update, and monitor baseline schedules and look-ahead plans using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Develop budgets, cost plans, cash flow forecasts, and cost-to-complete projections; compare actual costs with approved budgets and analyze variances.
- Conduct earned value analysis and assess project performance against baselines.
- Review and track BOQs, subcontractor and supplier packages, interim payment applications, and variation orders.
- Identify delays and cost deviations, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective or recovery measures.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress and cost reports for Fit-Out/Execution Management and the General Manager.
- Coordinate project information with site, procurement, design, and commercial teams.
- Support extension-of-time claims and related contractual documentation when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Construction Engineering.
- 5–8 years of relevant project planning and cost control experience; UAE/GCC fit-out or building project experience is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Solid understanding of BOQs, cost codes, budgeting, forecasting, and project controls methodologies.
- Strong analytical, organizational, reporting, and coordination skills; able to monitor multiple activities and provide timely, accurate management information.
