Responsibilities
- Handle cash transactions, issue receipts, and manage petty cash; operate POS systems and cash registers.
- Process employee payroll accurately and on time; respond to employee payroll and finance inquiries.
- Maintain financial records, reconcile accounts daily, and prepare regular management reports.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting; collaborate with departments to resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company policies; maintain cash controls to prevent loss and fraud.
Qualifications
- Oasys System experience is mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or a related field preferred.
- Requires 2–3 years of similar cashier or paymaster experience and proven cash-handling and recordkeeping experience.
- Requires understanding of basic accounting principles, Microsoft Office / Excel proficiency, and POS experience.
- Seeks customer service skills, professional demeanor, mathematical aptitude, attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Requires confidentiality and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- UAE financial regulations knowledge is preferred; strong English communication required and Arabic is a plus.
