Front Desk Agent serving as a welcoming point of contact and supporting a positive guest experience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide efficient check-in and check-out while maintaining service standards.
- Manage guest accounts, payments, and transaction documentation.
- Document guest requests, concerns, and complaints; coordinate resolution and follow up on satisfaction.
- Provide information about amenities, services, and local attractions; respond to reception inquiries.
- Use upselling and personalized recommendations to enhance guest experiences.
- Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards; collaborate across departments and handle other assigned duties.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Previous front desk, guest services, or other customer-facing experience.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, solve problems, and remain professional under pressure.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, early mornings, and overnight shifts; able to work collaboratively.
Additional qualifications and skills
- PMS or similar hospitality technology familiarity is cited; computer systems and office software proficiency is also listed.
- Additional languages are a valuable asset.
- Hotel operations, guest relations, conflict resolution, and de-escalation experience are listed.
