The internship offers practical experience in a lifestyle hotel, with opportunities to develop communication, guest relations, and personalized service skills.
Expected start date: February 2027.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests and visitors professionally.
- Answer calls, direct inquiries, and provide information courteously.
- Manage visitor check-in and check-out and maintain accurate records.
- Schedule appointments and manage the reception calendar.
- Respond promptly and professionally to emails and written inquiries.
- Perform filing, data entry, and document organization.
- Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming front desk area.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting of front desk equipment and systems.
- Support other team members and departments as needed.
- Handle sensitive information professionally and discreetly.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and passion for hospitality.
- Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Reliability, punctuality, and commitment to high service standards.
