Role overview

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize flows for ads, request matching, orders, payment confirmation, disputes, and merchant management.
• Improve transaction conversion and completion through better user journeys, payment experiences, and interactions.
• Analyze transaction risks and coordinate with risk teams to improve platform safety.
• Design buyer and seller protections, including escrow, appeals, and risk alerts.
• Track completion, dispute, liquidity, volume, and retention metrics and drive data-informed optimization.
• Collaborate with operations, customer support, compliance, and risk teams on governance and trading experience.
• Research users and markets to identify growth opportunities and improve marketplace supply-demand dynamics.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of product management experience in P2P marketplaces, second-hand trading, e-commerce, fintech, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of marketplace transaction models, user behavior, and trust and safety mechanisms.
• Ability to analyze user problems and optimize transaction flows using data-driven decisions.
• Strong user-experience mindset and ability to design efficient, intuitive trading interactions.
• Strong cross-functional communication and project management skills; independently drive initiatives from concept to launch.
• Familiarity with fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or platform governance is a plus.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with cryptocurrency exchanges or P2P crypto trading platforms.
• Experience with second-hand marketplaces or peer-to-peer transaction platforms.
• Experience optimizing conversion, liquidity, or user retention.
• Familiarity with payment systems, escrow, or risk-control processes.
