Leads plant and machinery operations to support efficient, safe and uninterrupted construction activities.
Supports station construction operations across project sites.
Equipment operations and management
- Oversees deployment, maintenance and performance of cranes, excavation machinery, dewatering systems, concrete pumps, batching plants and lifting gear.
- Maintains high equipment availability and optimizes utilization across project sites.
- Develops maintenance strategies and monitors operational performance.
- Plans equipment mobilization and logistics.
- Enforces safety and compliance standards; manages budgets and resources.
- Coordinates with project and construction teams and drives improvements in productivity and reliability.
Requirements
- Experience and capability in plant and machinery operations supporting construction activities.
- Capability to oversee critical equipment, including cranes, excavation machinery, dewatering systems, concrete pumps, batching plants and lifting gear.
- Ability to develop maintenance strategies and monitor equipment performance and availability.
- Ability to plan equipment mobilization and logistics across project sites.
- Ability to enforce safety and compliance standards and manage budgets and resources.
