The P&M Senior Engineer leads strategic plant and machinery operations for efficient, safe, uninterrupted construction activities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee deployment, maintenance, and performance of cranes, excavation machinery, dewatering systems, concrete pumps, batching plants, and lifting gear.
- Ensure equipment availability and optimal utilization across project sites.
- Develop maintenance strategies and plan equipment mobilization and logistics.
- Monitor operational performance and enforce safety and compliance standards.
- Manage budgets and resources, coordinate with project and construction teams, and drive productivity and reliability improvements in station construction operations.
