The role checks financial and payroll figures, postings, and documents for accuracy.
The role maintains financial records, payroll files, cash records, and computerized payroll information.
Payroll and Financial Duties
- Prepare, audit, maintain, and distribute financial, accounting, statistical, auditing, and payroll reports.
- Review and reconcile time punches, hours worked, pay adjustments, and other pay-related information.
- Back up transaction files and transmit them to the payroll system according to company procedures.
- Process paychecks and earnings statements, and calculate wages and deductions.
- Provide employees and managers with information about payroll, taxes, benefits, and collective bargaining provisions.
- Complete batch payroll adjustments and correct time clock settings and punches.
Records and Workplace Duties
- Organize, secure, maintain, and archive files, records, cash, and cash equivalents.
- Follow company policies, protect confidential information and company assets, and support team goals.
- Communicate professionally, maintain positive working relationships, and perform other reasonable duties requested by supervisors.
Preferred Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- At least two years of related work experience is preferred.
- No supervisory experience is required.
- No license or certification is required.
Schedule and Workplace
- The position is full time.
- The position is not remote and is located at the Marriott property in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
