The role combines spa and retail promotion, appointment scheduling, guest assistance, check-in, and payment processing.
Guest and spa services
- Promote spa services and retail offerings.
- Schedule reservations and confirm appointments.
- Answer questions about services, check in guests, and process payments.
- Use reservation software and perform other reasonable duties as requested.
Preferred qualifications and physical duties
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- No related work experience, supervisory experience, license, or certification is required.
- The role involves extended periods standing, sitting, or walking and moving over uneven or slippery surfaces.
- Physical tasks include moving objects up to 10 pounds without assistance and 25 pounds with assistance, as well as reaching, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
- Candidates must be able to read and visually verify information.
Workplace
- The position is based at a hotel location and is not remote.
