Position details

Loss prevention and security duties

• Conduct key-control audits, monitor electronic key boxes, issue and receive master keys and communication devices, and safeguard them.
• Patrol property areas, assist guests with room access, and monitor CCTV and alarm systems.
• Respond to accidents and emergencies; contact emergency services or administer first aid/CPR as needed and assist guests and employees.
• Notify appropriate people of incidents, defuse disturbances, and request outside assistance when necessary.
• Complete incident reports, shift summaries, and daily activity reports; maintain confidentiality and release records only to authorized people.
• Resolve safety hazards, escort unwelcome persons, respond to vehicle accidents and thefts, and use appropriate assistance codes.
• Prepare, proofread, and copy security reports; provide paperwork for employees requiring outside medical treatment.
• Assist management with training and motivating colleagues, model appropriate conduct, and ensure assigned tasks are completed on time.

Service and general duties

• Follow company policies, report injuries and unsafe conditions, maintain professional appearance, and protect company assets and confidential information.
• Welcome guests, address service needs, communicate professionally, and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
• Use computers or point-of-sale systems and perform required physical activities, including extended standing or walking, lifting, reaching, and moving through varied spaces.

Preferred qualifications and experience

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
• No related work experience or supervisory experience is required.
• Some states may have additional licensing or registration requirements.

Workplace

• The position is based at the property in Doha, Qatar and is not remote.
