The role focuses on payroll, financial records, timekeeping, and employee payroll support.
Payroll and financial records
- Check figures, postings, and documents; organize and maintain files, records, cash, and cash equivalents securely.
- Record, store, and analyze computerized financial and payroll information; prepare, audit, and distribute relevant reports and tables.
- Maintain, update, secure, and archive employee payroll records and files.
- Review and reconcile punches, hours worked, pay adjustments, and other pay information, and update designated records.
- Back up transaction files and transmit them to the payroll system; process or issue paychecks and earnings and deduction statements.
- Calculate wages and deductions and enter them into the payroll system.
- Complete batch payroll adjustments and adjust basic time-clock settings or correct punches.
- Respond to employee and manager questions about payroll, tax issues, benefit plans, and collective bargaining agreement provisions.
Preferred qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
- At least 2 years of related work experience preferred.
- No supervisory experience is specified; no license or certification is specified.
Schedule and location
- Full-time schedule; role is not remote.
- Location is Al Salam Street, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
