MEP Maintenance Engineer
Role Overview

Role purpose
Oversee and execute maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), ACMV, and fire protection systems across company facilities.
Ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate with internal teams, contractors, procurement, and suppliers.
Maintenance and reporting
- Monitor MEP and fire protection maintenance across assigned sites; inspect equipment, identify faults, recommend corrective actions, and verify repairs.
- Prepare inspection and compliance reports after visits and maintain records aligned with QCDD and internal requirements.
- Prepare monthly reports on completed and pending work, delays, recommendations, and monitoring data for management meetings.
Coordination and client interface
- Coordinate purchase requests, suppliers, and material deliveries with procurement; coordinate multidisciplinary work with Civil Engineers.
- Follow up with supervisors on daily and urgent tasks and provide clients with technical updates on maintenance work and system performance.
Compliance
- Follow QCDD, industry standards, and company safety procedures; support statutory inspections and audits.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering.
- At least 2–3 years of relevant building or facility maintenance experience with an MEP focus.
- Knowledge of ACMV and fire protection systems; familiarity with QCDD guidelines and maintenance compliance procedures.
- Good command of email communication, reporting, and MS Office; strong coordination, planning, and follow-up skills.
- Valid Qatar driving license and immediate availability.
