Objective
Oversee the camp facility and ensure employees are properly accommodated in a secure environment.
Ensure camp facilities, safety and security, kitchen, dining hall, housekeeping, laundry, recreation, transportation, and maintenance remain organized and operational.
General Responsibilities
- Manage daily camp operations and supervise camp staff and contractors.
- Manage accommodation allocation, check-ins, check-outs, mobilization, demobilization, transfers, and camp clearance.
- Monitor occupancy and maintain accurate occupancy, employee movement, and accommodation records.
- Inspect camp rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, dining areas, laundry, recreation areas, offices, and external areas.
- Coordinate maintenance, corrective actions, utilities, generators, fuel supply, servicing, and emergency repairs.
- Coordinate catering quality, hygiene, food safety, menu compliance, and kitchen standards.
- Maintain inventory, material requests, procurement coordination, delivery verification, and storage.
- Coordinate security access control, visitor management, vehicle movement, asset protection, and camp discipline.
- Coordinate with Facilities, HR, Administration, Procurement, HSE, Security, Operations, contractors, clients, and authorities.
- Perform additional camp management duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Camp Boss.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Work Location
- Full-time, in-person role.
