Core Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, job postings, interviews, onboarding, orientation, and offboarding.
- Handle employee inquiries, grievances, workplace complaints, and attendance, leave, travel, and accommodation welfare.
- Administer monthly payroll, deductions, leave encashments, end-of-service benefits, and gratuities.
- Ensure HR operations, contracts, and personnel records comply with Qatar Labour Law and government regulations.
- Maintain employee records and HRIS databases; support HR policies, performance appraisals, and culture-building initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Typically 2 to 5 years of hands-on HR Generalist or HR Specialist experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Qatar Labour Law, local employment practices, and government/visa administration.
- Proficiency in payroll software, HRIS platforms such as SAP ERP or equivalent, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, conflict-resolution, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
