Inspect and verify mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installation works for compliance with approved drawings, specifications, codes, method statements, ITPs, and quality standards.

Inspection responsibilities
- Inspect HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical, ELV, and related systems throughout installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and ITPs; verify site installation against approved documents and applicable standards.
- Raise and follow up inspection requests and non-conformance reports; monitor workmanship, materials, dimensions, alignment, supports, and quality.
- Witness testing and commissioning, verify results, and maintain inspection records, checklists, and reports.
- Coordinate site issue resolution, close punch-list and snag items, participate in meetings, and provide technical and quality feedback.
- Follow health, safety, and environmental requirements; support final inspection, handover, as-built documentation, and project closeout.
Experience and qualifications
- At least seven years of relevant experience, including five years in the UAE.
- Proven MEP Inspector experience on building construction or engineering consultancy projects.
- Experience across villa developments, residential complexes, high-rise towers, and mixed-use projects.
- Familiarity with local authority standards and inspection procedures.
- Immediate availability to join.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, inspection, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Attention to detail and quality orientation; ability to manage multiple sites and priorities.
