Site supervision and delivery
- Supervise construction activities at the job site to ensure work follows plans, specifications, and safety protocols.
- Manage labor, equipment, and materials required for the project.
- Ensure work meets quality standards through inspections, tests, and review of construction plans and specifications.
- Manage the construction schedule to support on-time completion.
- Coordinate with architects, project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Records and safety
- Maintain records of construction activities, including daily reports, inspection reports, and quality control records.
- Resolve issues that arise during construction by identifying problems, planning responses, and implementing solutions.
- Identify potential hazards, implement safety measures, and conduct safety audits.
Local requirements
- Knowledge of municipality or local regulations, requirements, and permits necessary for construction projects in the area.

- Work is in person at the job site.
