Manager - Technology Consulting - Infor WMS

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on warehouse management best practices to achieve positive business outcomes.
• Lead implementation initiatives and oversee Infor WMS application configuration.
• Manage the complete Infor WMS project lifecycle from planning through post-go-live support.
• Oversee configuration validation, testing evidence, operational scenarios, interface testing, master-data-dependent testing, and regression testing.
• Manage mock cutover preparation, UAT defect resolution, high-volume operational testing, go-live readiness, and stabilization.
• Guide clients on warehouse setup, receiving, put-away, replenishment, allocation, picking, packing, shipping, returns, inventory, and related processes.
• Manage priorities independently, maintain quality control, and bring structure to ambiguous delivery situations.
• Strengthen client capabilities, build trusted relationships, foster collaboration, and identify strategic relationship opportunities.

Requirements

• 12-17 years of overall IT experience with at least 3 years at Consultant, Senior Consultant, and/or Manager level, or 4 or more years of relevant Infor WMS experience.
• Experience implementing Infor WMS across transportation, logistics, retail and distribution, CPG, or manufacturing environments.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end WMS business functions.
• Supply chain background from technology consulting, CPG, retail, distribution, or related environments.
• Strong Supply Chain Management expertise and recognized WMS subject-matter expertise or thought leadership.
• Willingness to travel as required for project delivery.
• Bachelor's degree is required; advanced education is preferred.

Technical and Domain Skills

• Infor WMS implementation and application configuration.
• Warehouse management processes covering receiving, put-away, replenishment, allocation, waves, task management, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and inventory.
• Configuration validation, interface testing, regression testing, UAT defect resolution, and high-volume operational testing.
• Supply chain management and end-to-end WMS business functions.
