Role details

Driving and transport duties

• Safely operate company cars, pickups and vans, transporting staff and visitors between offices, project sites, labour camps and other assigned locations.
• Provide airport pickups and drop-offs for employees and guests as required.
• Deliver and collect official documents, materials and company items, including supplier and store collections when needed.
• Provide timely transportation according to schedules and management instructions.
• Coordinate transportation requirements with HR, Administration and Site Management.

Vehicle, safety and records duties

• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, safety and proper working condition; conduct daily checks of tyres, engine oil, coolant, brakes and lights.
• Monitor servicing, registration, insurance and maintenance requirements.
• Maintain logbooks, mileage, fuel consumption and trip records.
• Follow UAE traffic laws, company transportation policies and safety regulations.
• Promptly report accidents, breakdowns, traffic fines and mechanical issues to the Administration Department.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct; perform other assigned transportation and administrative support duties.

Qualifications and requirements

• Minimum secondary school education and a valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving Licence, Category 3.
• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE driving experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads, traffic rules and major industrial or project locations; familiarity with routes in Ras Al Khaimah, Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi.
• Ability to use Google Maps and GPS navigation systems.
• Basic English communication skills; Hindi or Malayalam is an advantage.
• Good time management, punctuality and professional conduct; physically fit for assigned duties.
• Willingness to travel between project sites and work flexible hours as required.

Required skills

• Safe and defensive driving, route planning and navigation, vehicle inspection and basic maintenance.
• Time management, punctuality, communication, coordination, responsibility and reliability.
• Knowledge of UAE traffic rules.

• Accommodation, food, medical insurance, annual leave and air ticket are provided as per company policy and applicable UAE Labour Law.
• Salary is stated as AED 1,500–2,000 per month in the description; structured salary field states AED 1,500 per month.
