Lead Software Engineer role focused on hands-on Salesforce builds, configuration, enterprise integrations and large-scale ARM migrations.
The role turns architecture into reliable code and configuration while meeting engineering standards.
Responsibilities
- Build and configure complex Salesforce implementations across multiple clouds and external systems.
- Lead engineering teams through code reviews, coding standards enforcement and hands-on mentoring.
- Design and troubleshoot integrations with ERP, legacy databases and other enterprise systems.
- Implement REST and SOAP APIs and configure integration middleware.
- Apply data integration and governance controls to maintain data quality.
- Configure Salesforce CPQ bundles, pricing rules, quote calculations and approval workflows.
- Support sales and finance teams during quote-generation testing.
- Produce data model documentation and integration build specifications.
- Lead data migration workstreams into Salesforce.
- Develop secure migration tooling and scripts for large data volumes.
- Coordinate profiling, cleansing, transformation mapping and reconciliation.
- Coordinate deployments, environment management and go-live technical readiness.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of hands-on Salesforce development and IT delivery experience.
- Deep Salesforce CPQ configuration expertise.
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs and middleware integrations.
- Understanding of databases, integration middleware and enterprise platforms such as ERP.
- Ability to lead engineering teams through code reviews and coding standards.
- Strong large-scale data migration experience.
- Capability to develop secure and scalable migration tooling and scripts.
- Knowledge of data governance controls.
- Familiarity with master data management and archival implementation.
- Experience coordinating deployments and environment management.
- Proficiency in performance tuning and migration script execution.
