Responsibilities
- Keep kitchen and food areas clean and safe, following safety and sanitation procedures.
- Stock and restock kitchen items and keep supplies available.
- Maintain an organized workstation and label items with dates.
- Assist with food preparation and presentation while meeting quality standards.
- Follow guidance from the Chef de Partie and Commis 1 and collaborate with kitchen staff during busy service.
Qualifications
- Previous kitchen or food-service experience is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work well under senior kitchen staff direction and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
