Key Account Sales Manager
About This Role
Job Role: Total Safety Qatar is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager with a strong background in the Oil & Gas sector , specifically within the Qatar market . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing existing key accounts, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and driving strategic sales initiatives aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share and enhance client engagement in Qatar’s Oil & Gas sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across upstream, midstream, and downstream operations.
- Leverage deep industry knowledge to offer tailored safety service solutions that meet client-specific operational and compliance needs.
- Lead the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Work closely with operations, finance, and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market developments and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.
- Any other tasks/duties as assigned by line manager.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5–7 years of proven sales experience in the Oil & Gas industry in Qatar , with a strong portfolio of client relationships.
- In-depth understanding of HSE standards, safety solutions, and operational requirements within Oil & Gas environments.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales processes and communicate effectively with senior-level stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is essential, Arabic fluency will be an added advantage.
