Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Key Accounts Executive** to build, manage, and expand business relationships with clients across the HORECA sector (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) and corporate offices.
The role focuses on driving revenue growth through the promotion and sale of coffee machines, coffee capsules, and tailored coffee solutions, while ensuring long-term client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients within HORECA and corporate sectors
- Conduct regular field visits to hotels, restaurants, cafés, and offices to generate leads and close sales
- Promote and sell coffee machines, coffee capsules, and customized beverage solutions
- Manage and grow existing key accounts, ensuring strong and lasting client relationships
- Deliver engaging product presentations and live demonstrations to potential clients
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements tailored to client needs
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service terms to successfully close deals
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales service
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipelines, and account performance
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Submit regular sales reports and performance updates to management
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or key account management
- Experience in coffee solutions, appliances, FMCG, or HORECA-related industries is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and account management practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to independently approach clients, conduct meetings, and close deals
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Valid Qatar driving license is an advantage
Preferred Skills
- Existing network within HORECA or corporate sectors
- Experience managing long-term client relationships and contracts
- Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: QAR13,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
