Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction site activities against approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, technicians, supervisors, and project teams.
- Monitor progress, manpower, materials, workmanship quality, and site safety.
- Report site issues, technical challenges, and drawing discrepancies to senior project staff.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain site records; assist with inspections and documentation.
- Ensure work follows schedules, method statements, required standards, and HSE requirements.
- Assist with material planning and resource allocation; coordinate site requirements.
- Support quality inspections and help resolve technical and operational issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
- At least two years of GCC experience in civil construction or site engineering.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, site execution, and engineering drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project documentation.
- Familiarity with UAE/GCC construction standards, quality requirements, and site safety regulations.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage site activities, coordinate manpower, and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work at various project locations across the UAE.
Compensation and benefits
- Salary is AED 2,500–4,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
