Key responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and administer construction contracts and subcontract agreements.
- Manage variations, claims, extensions of time, and contractual correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with FIDIC conditions, contractual obligations, and project requirements.
- Review subcontractor claims, payment applications, and contractual documentation.
- Identify contractual risks and assist in dispute resolution.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and Commercial teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5–7 years of construction-industry contract management experience.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and UAE construction practices.
- Experience handling variations, claims, and EOT submissions.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- UAE construction industry experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is listed as AED 2,600–15,000 per month.
