Aztec Middle East Contracting LLC is hiring two Junior Estimation / Quantity Surveying Engineers (Civil).
The role is based in the UAE and is full-time.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 3,000–4,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant discipline.
- At least 2 years of GCC experience in civil construction works, estimation, or quantity surveying.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity take-off techniques.
- Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, construction materials, and market pricing.
- Familiarity with tendering procedures, cost estimation, and construction contracts.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills; ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates from drawings, site visits, and project specifications.
- Review construction drawings for discrepancies, missing details, and scope variations.
- Evaluate and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Assist with tender submissions, quotations, and cost breakdowns.
- Support variation claims, interim progress payment applications, and final accounts.
- Maintain cost records, estimation documents, and project reports.
- Ensure compliance with specifications, contractual requirements, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors on estimation and quantity surveying.
