Guest service and orders
- Assist the Bar Supervisor.
- Greet guests, present beverage menus, make recommendations, and answer related inquiries.
- Maintain knowledge of foods, beverages, outlets, services, and operating hours.
- Take orders from serving staff and guests and accurately record beverage orders in the register system.
- Respond promptly to guest requests politely and professionally.
- Serve snacks to guests seated at the bar.
Beverage preparation and bar upkeep
- Peel, slice, and pit fruits for beverage garnishes.
- Mix and garnish beverages according to standard specifications.
- Arrange glasses and bottles in attractive, functional displays.
- Keep glasses, bar equipment, and work areas clean.
Stock, quality, and team support
- Monitor inventory and inform the Bar Supervisor about products nearing stockout or expiry.
- Train new and existing staff.
- Check product quality and identify damaged items.
- Label and stock ingredients so they are organized and accessible.
- Carry out other related tasks and responsibilities.
Standards and training
- Comply with health, safety, and hygiene standards and policies.
- Attend basic food hygiene and workplace safety training programs.
