Food running and guest support
- Deliver food and beverages to guests’ tables and assist servers.
- Refill guest drinks and deliver trays of food to tables.
- Refill water glasses and deliver complimentary snacks to newly arrived guests.
- Maintain table settings by clearing completed courses, replenishing utensils, refilling water, and responding to spills or guest needs.
- Ensure empty tables are ready to receive new guests within two minutes.
Dining room and shift duties
- Clean and set tables to prepare the dining room for guests.
- Set up and replenish condiment stands, trash container liners, and bus stations.
- Complete shift-end cleaning, including chairs, tables, floors, trash, and recyclables.
- Empty trash containers, refill ice bins, and perform general cleaning chores.
Safety and training
- Adhere to restaurant sanitation and safety policies.
- Attend basic food hygiene and work safety training programs.
- Participate in staff training programs to update job knowledge.
- Train new and existing staff.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 1 per month.
Work arrangement
- In-person work.
